Sderot bleeds on...

Sderot is attacked again, because Hamas cowards cannot fight Israel in an open war. Instead, they hide behind Gaza civilians...Israel is unwilling to risk carpet bombing Gaza, for many innocent civilians would die. Besides, the world is criticizing Israel just for cutting electricity to Gaza-- imagine what would happen if they actually attacked the wasps' nest.

Roni Yechiah , 47-year-old father of 4, killed by a Hamas Qassam today at Sapir College near Sderot. May he rest in peace.

A 10 year old boy nearly lost his arm in Sderot yesterday. His sister comforts him and is shown calling out "Where is my mom? Where is my mom?" as the moment was caught on video.

Elderly Iranian man sentenced to lashes and jail for...walking his dog?

Apparently, Allah hates puppies, so people cannot walk with dogs on the street...
A 70-year-old man in Iran was sentenced to 4 months in jail and 30 lashes for walking his dog!
I really cannot believe these people call Israel the "Little Satan," when their government kills students, political prisoners, and journalists left and right, executes teenagers who get raped by old perverts, and beats old men for walking their dogs!

Israel is the front line against this sick ideology of Sharia. If you think it will stop when Israel is destroyed, think again. Europe is next.

Girls in the Israeli Army

These girls are beautiful, but tough!

Another child in Sderot severely wounded

"A ten-year-old boy was severely wounded by shrapnel when a Kassam rocket landed in the cente" of Sderot on Monday."

""According to initial assessments, the boy was playing with his friends in a playground when the alarm sounded. As he was running to take cover the Kassam landed nearby and he was hit in the shoulder by shrapnel."

"Magen David Adom, who evacuated the boy to Barzilai Hospital in Ashkelon, said that he was hit in the shoulder. They said doctors may be forced to amputate part of his hand."

And meanwhile, the World is criticizing Israel for cutting just 5% of Gaza's electricity, dooped by fake, set-up photographs of "Palestinians" holding meetings in the dark! Who will support action to protect the children of Sderot?

Beaufort the Book

As many of you know, Beaufort/ Im Yesh Gan Eden is up for an Oscar tomorrow night. Its an OK movie, but it doesn't compare to the book by the same title by Ron Leshem. I just read it, and if you really want insight into the Israeli mentality and the army, read it!! I couldn't put it down. My friend who served in a combat unit confirmed that most of it is very accurate. Its worth your time...check it out.

The Myth of "Peace Under Muslim Rule"

One of the biggest lies that is constantly repeated by Islamists and Anti-Zionists is that Christians were at fault for persecuting Jews, while Jews enjoyed peace and prosperity under Muslim rule in Spain, etc. Unfortunately, many Ashkenazim, who constitute the majority of American Jews and Israeli elite, believe these lies because they have no experience living under Muslim rule. Mizrahim and Sephardim know the truth about dhimmi status. Here is just a brief list of events that proves otherwise, and does not even begin to scratch the surface on the subject (note: I did not write most of this...got the list off Youtube from "SultanKnish"). I will add to it when I get the time.

"In year 20 of the Muslim era, or the year 641 AD, Muhammad's successor the Caliph 'Umar decreed that Jews and Christians should be removed from all but the southern and eastern fringes of Arabia—a decree based on the (sometimes disputed) uttering of the Prophet: "Let there not be two religions in Arabia". The two populations in question were the Jews of the Khaybar oasis in the north and the Christians of Najran.

The Almohads, who had taken control of much of Islamic Iberia by 1172, far surpassed the Almoravides in fundamentalist outlook, and they treated the dhimmis harshly. Jews and Christians were expelled from Morocco and Islamic Spain. Faced with the choice of either death or conversion, some Jews, such as the family of Maimonides, fled south and east

1033 -- 6,000 Jews killed in Fez by Muslim mobs.

1106 -- Ali ibn Yusuf ibn Tashifin founds Marrakesh, decrees death penalty for local Jews even as his military leader and physician are Jewish.

1148 -- Almohadin become rulers of Morocco, offer Christians and Jews the choice of conversion or expulsion. Many Jews convert, but continue to practice Judaism in secret.

1165 -- Almohad ruler declares all Jews must convert to Islam. Judah ha-Kohen ibn Shushan burned alive for refusing to convert. Maimonides flees Fez for Egypt.

1438 -- Jews of Fez forced into mellah (ghetto).

1465 -- Massive anti-Jewish rioting in Fez spreads across Morocco. Hundreds murdered. Only 11 Jews left alive in Fez.

1630-1700 Yemenite Jews were considered "impure" and thus forbidden to touch a Muslim or a Muslim's food. They were obligated to humble themselves before a Muslim, to walk to the left side, and greet him first. They could not build houses higher than a Muslim's or ride a camel or horse, and when riding on a mule or a donkey, they had to sit sideways. Upon entering the Muslim quarter a Jew had to take off his foot-gear and walk barefoot. If attacked with stones or fists by Islamic youth, a Jew was not allowed to defend himself.

1679 - "Part of the Jewish community of central Yemen was expelled to Mawza, on the southern shore of the Red Sea. Many of the exiles died there from disease and starvation. About a year later, the surviving Jews were taken back to central Yemen, for economic reasons. The Jews were a vital asset the economy in Yemen because they made up a majority of the craftsmen and artisans. The exiles came back to a different country then the one they left. Most of their houses and religious articles had been destroyed They were forced to live in quarters outside cities and they were told that they could not build their houses higher then the Muslims houses in the area."

1790 -- Pogrom in Tetouan (Morocco): All Jews stripped naked, many women raped, most homes ransacked.

1808 -- Mulay Suleiman orders Jews of Tetuan, Rabat, Sale, and Mogador into mellahs.

1800's - Jews of Yemen are forbidden to wear new or good clothes, nor could they ride a donkey or a mule. They were compelled to make long journeys on foot when occasion required it. They were prohibited from engaging in monetary transactions, and were all craftsmen.

1815 -- Jews of Mogador (Morocco) ordered to pay sudden jizya poll-tax. Those who pay punched on the forehead after turning over coins, those who refuse thrown in dungeon.

1834 -- "Suleika affair": Jewish woman from Tangier refuses to convert and marry a high-ranking official. She is executed in Fez.

1884-1888 -- 307 Jews murdered over four years by Muslims, yet no Muslims put on trial.

1903 -- 40 Jews killed by Muslims during riots in Taza. More killed in Settat.

1907 -- In Casablanca, 30 Jews killed, 200 women, girls and boys abducted, raped, then ransomed.

1910 -- 12-year-old grandson of Fez's Rabbi Abensur abducted and forcibly converted to Islam.

1912 -- Franco-Moroccan Treaty signed in Fez makes Morocco a French protectorate. Muslim rioters massacre 60 Jews in Fez, leave 10,000 homeless.

1918-1948 -- Yemenite Jewish children whose parents had died were taken from relatives and raised as Muslims.

1948 -- Jewish Population approximately 285,000. Israel established. French officials ban aliyah of Moroccan Jews to Israel. Muslim riots in Oudjda and Djerada kill scores of Jews, wound 150."

Flowers in the Desert

I want to feel
The air steal the tears in my eyes
Dry them up before they even fall
As the moon flies and
I want to kiss
With lips burned and cracked the kind that
Whisper prayers for what I really need
Water
Some shade
And a billion stars in a bruised up sky

I want to grow my flowers in the desert
To wake the seeds of wilderness within
To call upon the rainclouds in my heart and
Open them and wash away the sin

I want them to bloom and I will show You
Roses that do not wilt in heat
Lilies smiling without water
Between the stones where earth and heaven meet

I want to climb the cliffs of the Masada
And may my skin turn red and sting with pain
Two thousand years of winter stole its color
And smoothed it with two thousand of rain

And let my hands be cut and coarse and calloused
Become such hands that serve Your servant well
They yearn to touch the rocks, take hold and break them
And with them break from slavery and hell

I’ll find Your Name there, in the sand and sunlight
And floating in the saltiest of seas
If not, I’ll plant a flower in the desert
And she will bloom, and speak Your Name to me.

Terrorist leader PWNED

Mughniyeh, the terrorist responsible for killing nearly 100 Argentinian Jews and almost 300 American Marines in Lebanon in the 80's, has been PWNED (probably by Mossad, but they are not admitting it). This fellow helped start Hizbollah and inspired Osama Bin Laden.

Hizbolla is whining that they will now attack Zionist targets abroad (read: Jews abroad).

Come get some. Just try.

Nasrallah -- you're next.

Yalla Ya Nasrallah,
We'll kick your ass Insha'Allah
And send you back to Allah,
With all of Hizbollah.

Dear World

One of the best arguments against blaming Israel's "occupation" of 1967 lands for Arab terrorism can be seen here.

Humanitarian Crisis in Sderot

Last night an eight year old boy went with his older brother to buy some aftershave lotion for his dad's birthday present. They walked to an ATM with their mom's credit card. Suddenly, an alarm sounded and they ran for cover...but they didn't make it in time since they only had 15 seconds and shelter was 100 meters away. In a moment, they lay next to each other in a pool of blood.

Rami and Osher were hit directly by a Kassam rocket, fired by Hamas militants from nearby Gaza. Pieces of their legs were apparently "scattered in the street." One of the 8-year-old's legs were severed immediately and the second was shattered. He is now in serious condition at the hospital.

Over 40 rockets were fired into Sderot this weekend.

On Thursday, the US State Department issued a strong statement telling Israel to show concern for the humanitarian crisis in Gaza.

Call the U.S. State Department and ask them to issue a similar statement about the humanitarian crisis in Sderot.

Human Rights Watch has also issued a statement condemning the 5% electricity cuts in Gaza. Ask them to similarly condemn the rocket attacks on Sderot:

My new Jewish Israeli Zionist.......Keffiyeh.

At last, it came in the mail. It smelled like camels when I first opened the bag...made by Beduins maybe?? Coming up...pics of my friends and I going to the local Arab hooka bar and yours truly sporting it...as long as I don't get killed in the process! (Its run by Palestinians! But if they can wear theirs, I'm gonna wear mine, damn it!) Get yours today...

Here's proof that you can be a Zionist and wear a Keffiyeh...We've been doing it since the 1800's! (And way before that, if you count the headwraps we used to wear and Arab Jew garb...)

Help Sderot by hosting a child!

There is a new grassroots program to temporarily host Sderot's children with Jewish families in the U.S. and Canada. This "vacation from war" can give them a sense of normalcy and safety. Most of these kids suffer from PTSD and really need some help. More info about the program can be found here.

The bombing in Dimona...

So this is kind of late, but I feel I should say a few things about the bombing in Dimona. There haven't been suicide bombings in a while in Israel, thank God, but sadly it happened just a few days ago.

The bomber managed to kill a grandmother who also happened to be bringing the light of science into the world as a physics professor at the local university:

Luckily, a heroic Israeli cop shot a second bomber dead before he could detonate another bomb.

Upon hearing the news of the grandmother's murder, Palestinians started throwing a party throughout the Gaza, handing out candy and flowers, much like they did after 9/11:

And people wonder why suicide bombers exist? They are national heroes for the Palestinians in their sick culture of life-hatred. Its hard to believe that Israelis are expected to make peace with these people, who are indoctrinated to hate their own life and Jews from birth.

Recently, an Israeli operation killed six Hamas gunmen in Gaza. It also apparently killed a teacher. ""What was the fault of a teacher, an emissary on a sacred mission?" said a Hamas Education Ministry spokesman.

Ahh...Taqqiyah at its finest.

So its not ok to target Arab teachers but it is ok to target Israeli physics professors?

Actually, Israel did not target the school. Associated Press Television News footage showed the school to be a series of huts in a rural area. A rocket-launching device was spotted between some olive trees, indicating militants had used the school for cover to launch attacks. This is of course a war crime, but what does it matter to Hamas?

The other day, the area where I live was hit by a tornado. Sirens were going off all night. It was pretty scary. I can't imagine living like that every day and every night, but people in Sderot have to deal with it...its amazing that most of them are still there. I guess they have nowhere else to go.

Israeli solves insolvable math problem

"A 63-year-old mathematics professor at Bar-Ilan University, who worked as a guard for about five years after his aliya from the former Soviet Union in 1990, has solved an abstract math problem that has befuddled experts for the last 38 years.

Prof. Avraham Trakhtman finally found the solution, which will be published in a few months in the Israel Journal of Mathematics, solely by tossing it around in his brain and using a pencil and paper. His research, which has already been placed on a Web site for professionals and is available for download, has elicited much excitement among mathematicians in the esoteric field."

He could have published his solution in any mathematical journal, apparently, but he chose an Israeli journal on purpose because he is a Zionist. This solution may help produce better information technology, like tracking lost email messages.

Yet another contribution to the world from Israel!

Another reason to support israel -- they stop poachers and support endangered species!

A young Israeli started an organization in Africa to help stop poaching of endangered species for Ivory. Apparently a lot of Israelis got involved! They travel all over the world, so I guess that's how they ended up in Sub-Saharan Africa.

"Thirty-one year old Ofir Drori heads fight against illegal hunting, trade in rare African animals, through Last Great Ape organization. 'Israel is a real force in the fight against animal poaching, trade in the international arena,' he says

Itamar Eichner

Ofir Drori, a self-proclaimed adventurer, is one of the new voices fighting the illegal hunting and trade of African wildlife.

Hundreds of elephants, apes, lions, tigers rhinos and parrots are hunted in Africa everyday, whether for food, or for trade in their body parts.

Drori, 31, first came to Africa eight years ago, where he quickly became a human-rights activist. After traveling through the continent, he found that its hunting and poaching laws were barely enforces, he formed LAGA – The Last Great Ape Organization, which became a leader in the fight against poaching.

"If no one does anything to stop the illegal trade, many rare animals will become extinct in a few years," he told Yedioth Ahronoth Tuesday. "
